To obtain a permission to operate a radio station a foreign citizen must to provide the Union of Radio Amateurs of Kyrgyz Republic the following documents two months before the first operating day.
- application form — 2 copies (Appendix-4 in page 34) — Download here
- photo — size 4.5 x 6 cm. — 2 pcs
- photo — size 3 x 4 cm. — 1 pc
- copy of a national license
- list of imported and used equipment
- passport copy or a copy of an identity document
All documents must be sent to the address: 720082, Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, PO Box 745
- A Permission to operate a radio station is issued for a period from 5 days to 1 year.
